The S561 is an S series solid body electric guitar introduced by Ibanez for 2021. It is produced in Indonesia.

The S561 features a nyatoh body bolted to a maple Wizard III neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with offset white dot position markers. Components include Ibanez Quantum pickups with a humbucker at the bridge and single-coils in the neck and middle positions, an F106 fixed bridge, a plastic nut and Ibanez die-cast tuning machines.
