These replace the older friction tuners adding convenience and greater accuracy to your tuning process. The newer ebony fretboard and bridge stand as islands upon a sea of solid Hawaiian Koa with all its familiar character and charm. The headstock and fretboard retain their beacons of Paua Abalone that glimmer on the KoAloha Crown headstock and the fret markers that rest on a bed of dark ebony.
