這款 James Tyler JTG MK1 電吉他採用獨特的外觀，整體設計以傳奇的 James Tyler Studio Elite HD 型號為藍本。在木材方面，它選用了共鳴極佳的 2 片式榿木（Alder）琴身，搭配加拿大楓木琴頸，並採用經典的 Standard '59 厚實舒適琴頸曲線第 1 品厚度約 .850"，第 12 品約 .980"。指板部分為印度玫瑰木，不僅具備 10" 到 14" 的複合弧度以利於高低把位彈奏，更承襲了 Tyler 招牌的「手工滾邊Rolled edges」處理，提供如同老琴般滑順不刮手的絕佳手感。

在拾音器與電路配置上，此琴採用靈活的 HSS 拾音器組合，包含兩顆 JTG5000 單線圈其中中段具備 RWRP 反繞反極性功能以消除雜訊，與一顆具備自動切單Auto-split功能的 JTG Super 雙線圈琴橋拾音器。除了 5 段切換與常規的音量、音色旋鈕外，它最具特色的就是內置了 JTG Custom Midboost中頻增強前級電路。透過獨立的 Bypass 按鈕，彈奏者可以在不失真的情況下隨時推動飽滿、具有穿透力的中頻訊號，非常適合錄音與現場 Solo。此外，琴身搭載了定制的 JTG 兩點式小搖座與鎖定式弦鈕，指板還鑲嵌了珍珠母貝圓點以及具備夜光功能的 Luminlay 側品記，為追求美廠頂級手感與多功能性的樂手提供了一個極具性價比的專業選擇。

Neck: Canadian Maple with Tyler's signature rounded, comfortable STD '59 neck profile (.850" at the 1st fret and .980" at the 12th fret).

Fretboard: Indian Rosewood featuring signature rolled edges for a smooth, broken-in feel and a 10"–14" compound radius that makes bending notes effortless.

Pickups (HSS Configuration): Outfitted with a JTG5000 in the neck, a JTG5000 RWRP in the middle, and a JTG Super bridge humbucker with an auto-split feature.

Electronics: Features standard Master Volume and Tone controls mapped to a 5-way switch, as well as a specialized built-in JTG custom midboost preamp with a bypass button for on-demand solo pushing.

Hardware: Outfitted with a custom 2-post JTG vibrato bridge and high-stability locking tuners.
